After several hours of flights, the welcome at the airport will allow you to arrive smoothly to your accommodation and to make your first steps in the city. The presence of your guide will allow you to use public transportation (JR and subway lines) efficiently to reach the city and your place of residence. He or she will give you valuable advice to get your stay off to the best possible start.
We offer two types of reception:
Simple home
The guide will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation:
- in Tokyo: reception at Narita or Haneda airports.
- in Osaka or Kyoto: welcome at the Kansai airport.
- in Sapporo: welcome at Shin-Chitose airport.
During the trip by public transport (JR and metro) or by cab if needed, he will explain the basics and answer all your questions.
Once you arrive at your destination, the guide will show you the essentials of your neighborhood (the supermarket, the nearest train or subway station, the ATM…)
Premium home
The premium reception includes all the services offered by the simple reception (see above) and will allow you to be accompanied in all the steps following your arrival such as the withdrawal of the JR Pass or the pocket Wi-Fi, the purchase of a transport card, etc.
For any reception at the airport, please indicate your arrival time, the terminal, the flight number and the name of your hotel or the address of your place of residence.
HOME AND BACK TO THE TRAIN STATION
You want to be taken care of as soon as you arrive in one of the stations of the archipelago to avoid any stress or delay.
Your guide will meet you at the train station and accompany you to your accommodation or meeting place.
This service is available at all stations in Japan and the rates applied are those corresponding to the simple reception.
In addition, the same principle is applied in case of a request for a ride to the desired station.
RETURN TO THE AIRPORT
NARITA – HANEDA – OSAKA KANSAI – HOKKAIDO SHIN-CHITOSE
The guide will take you back to the airport by public transport and will not hesitate to answer any last questions you may have.
If you have not yet purchased souvenir gifts, the guide will be able to give you some ideas to please your loved ones.
